GRADUATE SCHEME
Logiq offer a fully mentored graduate scheme beginning with a two-year programme rotating around the different practice areas to enrich your learning development. This is followed by three further years spent developing skills and knowledge within your chosen discipline in one or more roles of responsibility.

SCHEME PLACEMENTS
IT SERVICE DEVELOPMENT, DELIVERY & SUPPORT
During this placement, you will work with the Secure
Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) Team. You will understand
the Secure PaaS architecture, work as part of the service desk, and help develop and implement new Secure PaaS features. This will provide you with an understanding of how a secure IT service is developed and managed. You will learn customer engagement skills and learn how to build and develop secure systems. You will also learn how to research and develop new features, test, and document these and
release them to the live environment.
SECURITY
You will work with the security consultancy team, supporting clients in developing and delivering secure systems. During this placement you will work across the entire system development lifecycle, starting with understanding the system concepts, developing initial risks and requirements, through to understanding how to conduct system assessments and then support managing the system into service. You will gain experience of security standards and processes, as well as develop system engineering and security management skills.
ARCHITECTURE
Working within the growing architecture practice, you will develop your skills in providing creative, secure solutions, and how to use architectural development frameworks such as MODAS, and tools such as ArchiMate. You will embark on a comprehensive learning journey that equips you with the skillset to safeguard digital infrastructures., learn about secure networks and cloud security, with hands-on experience
learning to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats. The architecture practice empowers graduates to play a pivotal role in safeguarding critical infrastructure.

PROJECT & PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
This placement will focus on developing your project management skills, including scheduling, planning, management, cost modelling, resource assessment, and business case authoring. The placement will allow you to develop an understanding of key client’s procurement and management processes, whilst also supporting clients in managing the delivery of complex projects. This placement will likely see you embedded in a client team, supporting a Principal Consultant in delivering a critical client task.
AGILE
You will gain understanding and experience within a Business Analyst and Product Owner role. Learn about agile delivery and requirement capture as well as
supporting stakeholder engagement whilst supporting the continuous improvement the of the Agile Practice and Projects.
INTERNAL SECURITY
Growing your knowledge of development within compliance, risk and governance and internal security operations. The department covers a multi layered security landscape where you will be involved directly with aspects such as compliance/assurance documentation, physical security, risk assessments, cyber assurance work with IASME, vulnerability management & compliance and Security Operations Centre outputs.
ABOUT YOU
You will join our growing team of experts, working with internal and external clients to develop and deliver secure IT services and systems. You will have completed
a first degree in one of: computer science, engineering, physics, or mathematics, and will ideally have a higher degree in computer science, cyber security, or information security.
You will be able to demonstrate a broad understanding of various cyber related disciplines, including secure computer and network design, security architecture,
security standards, and system development, and will ideally have some developer or programming experience. Most importantly, you will be keen to learn and work in an open, friendly, and knowledge based environment, having curiosity, resilience and being solutions led and know the importance of good collaboration.
You will spend time embedding yourself across the organisation, and will gain experience of security consultancy, system architecture, system design, IT service development, and complex cyber project management.
