The Role
Logiq is seeking a proactive and organised Commercial Support Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Commercial Manager. This role is designed to enable the Commercial Manager to focus on strategic and high-level activities by taking ownership of day-to-day commercial administration tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth commercial operations, from managing documentation and trackers, to supporting supplier onboarding and client requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Document and Contract Administration
- Issue standard NDAs and send sub-contracts for signature.
- Maintain and update trackers for NDAs, onboarding, and associates.
- Ensure accurate filing and version control of commercial documents.
Supplier and Client Onboarding
- Instigate, maintain, and monitor supplier onboarding processes, including compliance checks.
- Complete client onboarding questionnaires as required.
Mailbox and Tracker Management
- Monitor and maintain the commercial mailbox, ensuring timely responses and escalation where needed.
- Keep all commercial trackers up to date and accurate.
Meeting Support
- Attend account lead meetings to review project status and capture actions.
- Participate in monthly progress meetings to discuss current projects and provide administrative support.
General Administration
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Commercial Manager and wider team.
- Maintain document libraries and ensure consistent application of templates.
- Provide administrative support to other business areas, including Operations, where additional capacity is required.
- Process Improvement Support – contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes, supporting continuous improvement activities aligned with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and wider operational initiatives.
Employment is subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance which requires 5 years continuous UK address history at the point of application. Travel to client sites and Logiq offices will be required.

What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role within a professional or consultancy environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to managing tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with proven precision and accuracy in administrative tasks and document handling.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience supporting contract management or procurement in a public sector or regulated environment.
- Understanding of contract documentation (NDAs, Sub-Contract Agreements, SoWs)
- Knowledge of compliance and assurance requirements relevant to government or defence contracts.
