Solution Delivery
Designing a solution and delivering a working service in a regulated environment are different challenges. The gap between them, integration, assurance, operational constraints, and governance, is where delivery often stalls.
Logiq supports organisations with architecture, cloud engineering, migration, collaboration environments, ServiceNow delivery, support services, and secure AI implementation. We work across public cloud, private cloud, hybrid, and high-assurance environments, helping clients translate business need into services that can be deployed, governed, and sustained in practice.
Across these services, the emphasis remains the same: clear design, secure implementation, alignment to assurance requirements, and delivery approaches that recognise the realities of regulated and operationally sensitive environments.
Data and Systems Engineering
Data and systems engineering create value when information, systems, and processes are brought together in a way that works in practice.
Logiq designs, integrates, and builds data-driven systems that support real operational and business needs. Our work focuses on helping organisations make better use of the data they already hold, connecting systems that were never designed to work together, and delivering applications and platforms that are shaped around those realities.
We work across the full lifecycle of data and system delivery. This includes understanding how data flows through an organisation, defining how it should be structured and governed, and engineering the systems and interfaces needed to make that data usable, reliable, and accessible.
Much of this work takes place in environments where systems have evolved over time. Data is often fragmented across multiple platforms, processes rely on manual workarounds, and change carries both operational and delivery risk. Our role is to bring structure to that complexity — creating clear data models, integrating systems through APIs and interfaces, and ensuring that information can be trusted and used effectively.
Alongside this, we design and build bespoke applications and services where required. These may support internal processes, enable client-facing services, or provide the interface through which data is accessed and managed. Delivery can be end-to-end or integrated into existing programme structures, depending on what the organisation needs.
The emphasis is on systems that hold together over time. Data is managed with appropriate governance and control. Integrations are designed to be maintainable. Applications are built with a clear understanding of how they will be used, supported, and evolved.
The result is a more coherent system landscape, where data supports decision-making, systems operate with greater efficiency, and delivery is less dependent on workarounds or manual intervention.
Our Approach
- Data discovery, mapping, and analysis across existing systems
- Design and implementation of data architectures, models, and governance approaches
- Integration of systems through APIs, interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms
- Data transformation, migration, and ETL across legacy and new platforms
- Development of data-driven applications and services
- Dashboarding, reporting, and visualisation to support decision-making
- End-to-end delivery of bespoke software solutions, including build, handover, and ongoing support
- Integration into existing programme teams to provide specialist engineering capability
Architecture and Design
Poorly defined architecture creates downstream problems that are expensive to fix. Getting the design right — across enterprise, solution, security, and data domains — is what gives delivery a coherent foundation to build on.
Logiq translates business, technical, security, and data requirements into coherent architectures that guide delivery and engineering, not sit separately from it.
Our work spans enterprise, solution, technical, security, and data architecture, helping organisations make informed decisions about structure, integration, modernisation, and transformation.
We focus on clarity and traceability. That means breaking down complex problems, showing how different architectural concerns relate to each other, and creating design outputs that can guide delivery rather than sit separately from it. Where needed, this includes alignment to technical governance, compliance requirements, and transformation roadmaps.
Architectural coherence improves. Design risk reduces. And delivery has clearer, more traceable foundations to build from.
Our Approach
- Enterprise, solution, technical, security, and data architecture development
- Translation of business needs into implementable technical designs
- Integrated architectural thinking across systems, data, and security domains
- Cloud-ready design approaches that support modernisation and transformation
- Architectural outputs that guide delivery and governance activity
Cloud Infrastructure and Applications
Cloud engineering has real value when it produces secure, scalable platforms that support operational needs without creating unnecessary complexity.
Logiq designs and delivers cloud infrastructure and application platforms across AWS, Azure, hybrid, and cross-cloud environments. We support organisations moving from legacy estates as well as those developing new bespoke solutions, ensuring that architecture, controls, and engineering choices remain aligned to security, resilience, and operational objectives.
Our work covers platform design, application hosting, integration, compliance alignment, and the adoption of cloud-native patterns and services. The focus is on building environments that are performant, manageable, and secure by design, rather than simply moving existing workloads to a new hosting model.
The result is a stronger platform foundation for modern services, with cloud environments that are better aligned to client strategy, regulatory needs, and long-term operational efficiency.
Our Approach
- Secure cloud architecture and platform development across AWS, Azure, hybrid, and cross-cloud environments
- Support for bespoke applications and legacy transition
- Adoption of cloud-native services, patterns, and controls
- Security and compliance assessment against recognised frameworks
- Engineering that supports resilience, scalability, and future growth
Cloud Migration
Cloud migration succeeds when it is treated as an engineering and assurance exercise, not just a hosting move.
Logiq supports secure cloud migration by assessing existing services, designing target architectures, planning transitions, and delivering migration activity across public, private, and hybrid environments. We work with both bespoke and commercial off-the-shelf systems, ensuring that migration choices reflect security requirements, operational priorities, and regulatory obligations.
This includes migration planning, automated deployment approaches, access control design, governance alignment, verification, and validation. We place particular emphasis on making sure the resulting environment is workable and supportable, not simply technically complete.
Transition risk is reduced. Compliance assurance is stronger. And the resulting cloud model is better suited to the organisation’s long-term operating needs.
Our Approach
- Assessment of current services and migration options
- Planning and transition management across public, private, and hybrid cloud
- Secure target architecture design and deployment automation
- Access control, compliance, governance, and risk alignment
- Migration support for bespoke and commercial systems
- Verification, validation, and optimisation of migrated environments
Public Cloud Secure Configuration
Choosing a reputable cloud platform does not, by itself, produce a secure environment. Configuration decisions — across identity, access, networking, logging, and controls — determine whether the platform’s security potential is actually realised.
Logiq helps organisations configure AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments so that they meet mandated security and operational requirements. We review current cloud estates, identify configuration weaknesses, and implement practical improvements that strengthen control, compliance, resilience, and performance.
Our approach is shaped around real operating conditions. That includes reviewing cloud-native security controls, assessing infrastructure components, and improving configurations in a way that supports both assurance and day-to-day service management. Where required, this work also supports broader transformation and cloud adoption activity.
Cloud environments become more secure, more defensible under review, and better aligned to what organisational and government expectations actually require.
Our Approach
- Secure configuration of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments
- Adoption of cloud-native security controls and configuration patterns
- Alignment to NCSC and HMG security expectations
- Security review across cloud and infrastructure components
- Configuration improvements supporting resilience, performance, and compliance
Secure AI Implementation
AI only becomes useful in regulated environments when it can be adopted with clear controls, clear accountability, and a clear understanding of where risk sits.
Logiq helps organisations design, deploy, and govern AI solutions for secure and regulated environments. We support cloud, hybrid, and air-gapped deployment models, ensuring that architecture, data handling, model controls, observability, and governance arrangements are proportionate to the sensitivity of the environment.
Our approach treats AI as part of the wider system, not as a stand-alone capability. That means considering data sovereignty, assurance requirements, integration with existing workflows, monitoring, auditability, and responsible use throughout the lifecycle. We also support teams with training and hands-on enablement so that capability can be sustained internally.
Organisations adopt AI more confidently, with governance arrangements that are proportionate to the sensitivity of the environment and solutions that remain aligned to secure operating requirements.
Our Approach
- Secure-by-design AI architectures across cloud, hybrid, and air-gapped environments
- AI governance, risk assessment, and guardrail design
- Protection of sensitive data, model sovereignty, and observability needs
- Integration with existing systems and operational workflows
- Responsible-AI policies, controls, and monitoring
- Training and practical enablement for internal teams
ServiceNow
ServiceNow delivery is most effective when platform design, process design, and implementation are treated as one joined-up exercise.
Logiq provides end-to-end ServiceNow services covering analysis, architecture, implementation, deployment, upgrade, monitoring, and support. We work across ServiceNow SaaS, customer private cloud, and on-premise hosting models, with particular experience delivering into secure and regulated environments.
Our approach combines platform knowledge with delivery discipline. That includes process analysis, custom application development, lifecycle management, test automation, and support for ongoing service improvement. Security, compliance, and service performance are considered throughout, ensuring that the platform remains aligned to operational need as well as technical design.
Organisations end up with a ServiceNow capability that fits how they actually work, is easier to govern, and delivers value faster than implementations that treat platform and process as separate problems.
Our Approach
- Business process analysis and ServiceNow strategy support
- Platform implementation, custom development, and upgrade activity
- Support across SaaS, private cloud, and on-premise environments
- Full lifecycle delivery, monitoring, and managed support
- Test automation and quality assurance using appropriate platform tooling
- Delivery into secure and regulated environments by cleared personnel
Work with a team that understands how to design, build, and deliver secure services in complex, regulated environments.
