This statement is published in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Logiq Consulting has a zero-tolerance for any activity which constitutes modern slavery or human trafficking under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Commitment to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015

Logiq Consulting Ltd (Logiq) is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking.

We are committed to creating and ensuring a non-discriminatory and respectful working environment for our employees. We want our employees to have confidence that they can report any wrongdoings without any risk to themselves.

We do not enter into business with any organisation, in the UK or aboard, which knowingly supports or is found to be involved in slavery, servitude of forced or compulsory labour.

Our policies and procedures

Logiq’s handbook and whistleblowing policy procedure set out our company’s policies and the ethical principles upheld by our employees.

When bringing a new company into our supply chain, we conduct a series of due diligence checks, the checks include ensuring (where appropriate) that the company operates to a Modern Slavery Statement that is in accordance with the UK Government Modern Slavery legislation (2015).

Logiq only works with companies known to us or our established suppliers, who are trusted, have proven delivery and a good reputation with their and our customers.

We monitor the supplier landscape and particularly note any geographic or market areas where there is a higher risk of slavery or human trafficking issues so that we can guard against these within our supply chain.

How Logiq supports the MSA

  • We make sure that Logiqs procurement strategies and contract terms and conditions include reference to modern slavery and human trafficking Act 2015.
  • Provide awareness training to employee on the Modern Salary Act 2015
  • Inform employees of the action to take if they suspect a case of slavery or human trafficking.
  • Our recruitment processes include background screening and right to work checks.

This statement has been approved and is reviewed annually.
