Logiq is committed to a Quality Policy that ensures that it’s cyber security consultancy services and secure managed platform services, along with related operations, consistently meet the requirements of its customers and applicable regulatory obligations.
The goal of the company is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and continually improve through learning, innovation, and effective delivery. Senior leadership is committed to understanding the context of the organisation and ensuring that appropriate operational processes and infrastructure are in place to deliver high-quality outcomes. Consideration of interested parties and risk-based thinking are integral to the ongoing development of the company.
Logiq promotes a collaborative approach with customers, partners, and suppliers to support continual improvement and the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-quality services. We are committed to protecting client information, meeting legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting responsible business practices aligned to our wider environmental and social commitments.

To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, all staff are responsible for understanding customer requirements and following defined processes to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
Quality objectives are established, monitored, and reviewed through Management Review to ensure alignment with this policy and to support continual improvement.
The quality policy, objectives, and supporting processes are communicated across the organisation and supported by appropriate training, awareness, and development activities.
Logiq is committed to operating a Quality Management System that conforms to ISO 9001:2015 and is integrated with other management systems to ensure a consistent and effective approach to governance, risk management, and continual improvement.
We are committed to maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and achieving the necessary approvals to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
