ESG
Driving Positive Change
Logiq’s ESG Commitment
Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles define how we operate, how we interact with the world, and how we plan for the future.
We firmly believe that true success is measured not just by the outcomes we deliver for our clients but by the positive and lasting impact we create for society, our people, and the planet.
Sustainability is at the core of our ESG strategy, as we continually look for innovative ways to reduce our environmental footprint and contribute to a greener future. But our commitment extends far beyond environmental stewardship. As a proud participant in the Disability Confident scheme, we strive to create a workplace that empowers individuals with disabilities, enabling them to thrive and succeed.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are cornerstones of our culture. We are dedicated to building a workplace that values every individual, celebrating diverse perspectives and fostering opportunities for everyone to reach their potential. Our support for the Armed Forces Covenant reflects our deep respect and gratitude for those who serve, and we are committed to providing meaningful opportunities for veterans and their families.
Explore how we’re embedding ESG into the heart of Logiq.

Sustainability
Logiq is committed to annually reviewing its greenhouse gas emissions (GHG), publishing the results in a comprehensive and publicly available carbon reduction plan and achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050 through the implementation of carbon reduction targets and initiatives.
In 2024 we implemented methodologies aligned with ISO 14064-1 to accurately quantify our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
We successfully quantified 100% of our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, while expanding our reporting scope to include various Scope 3 sources, notably incorporating detailed data on business travel emissions such as air and hotel for the first time. This milestone not only enhances our understanding of our environmental impact but also paves the way for setting quantitative emissions reduction targets, guiding our path towards a sustainable future and our commitment to contributing to global climate action.

ARMED FORCES COVENANT
Logiq is proud to recognise the immense value that serving personnel, reservists, veterans, and military families bring to both our business and our country. As part of our commitment to upholding the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, we actively promote our status as an Armed Forces-friendly organisation to employees, associates, customers, suppliers, and the wider public.
We support the employment of veterans, acknowledging the transferability of military skills and qualifications in our recruitment processes, and engage with forces families through dedicated job boards. Additionally, we provide strong support to our employees who serve in the Reserve Forces or volunteer with military cadet organisations.
Logiq also honours key events such as Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal, and Remembrance activities, while actively fundraising for Armed Forces charities and supporting staff who volunteer to assist these causes.

DEI
Our organisation thrives on the power of diversity and recognises the impact DEI has on both our business and our people. Our ability to recruit and retain highly skilled individuals is through our openness in recognising that different backgrounds and perspectives fuel our innovation, progress, and problem solving abilities. We celebrate the unique skills, talents, and life experiences everyone brings to our team, regardless of factors like race, gender, sexual orientation, disability and age and we’re committed to eliminating barriers that prevent our people reaching their full potential.
We offer equitable access and fair treatment, with a strict no-tolerance policy for discrimination or harassment and our aim is a safe and comfortable workplace for all. We’re building a space where everyone feels not only welcome, but valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. Open dialogue, idea exchange and a strong sense of belonging are foundational.
Our DEI journey is continuous, marked by ongoing learning, improvement and active collaboration with those who share our dedication to diversity, equity and inclusion.

DISABILITY CONFIDENT
Logiq take great pride in being part of the Disability Confident scheme, a reflection of our ongoing efforts to create a workplace where everyone has the chance to thrive. We understand the value of different perspectives in tackling complex challenges, and we are committed to ensuring disabled individuals have a meaningful role in shaping our success.
Being part of this initiative aligns with our ethos of collaboration, innovation and trust. We have worked hard to ensure that our recruitment process is inclusive and that our workplace provides the tools, support, and flexibility needed for all team members to excel. This isn’t just a box-ticking exercise for us, it’s about creating an environment where everyone can play to their strengths and feel empowered to make a difference.
Our commitment to the Disability Confident scheme is one way we demonstrate that fairness and inclusivity are central to who we are and how we work.

Mental health first aid
At Logiq, we recognise that a supportive and healthy workplace is essential for everyone to succeed. That’s why we are committed to developing an environment where mental wellbeing is valued and where our employees have access to the right support when they need it.
We have a team of 14 trained Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAiders) positioned across our practices, ensuring that support is readily available to all employees. With 9% of our workforce trained in this role, we are better equipped to recognise when someone may need a listening ear or guidance towards further support. This could be as simple as an informal chat or signposting to available resources, including in-house initiatives and, where appropriate, external professional services.
We believe that mental wellbeing extends beyond the workplace, which is why we provide tools, strategies, and resources that employees can benefit from both at work and in their personal lives. By taking a proactive approach, we aim to create an environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
