At Logiq, equity, diversity and inclusion are not separate from how we operate, they shape the way we work, make decisions and deliver for our clients.

Our effectiveness depends on the quality of thinking across our teams. Different perspectives, experiences and ways of processing information strengthen how we solve problems, particularly in the complex, high-assurance environments we operate in.

We are committed to building a workplace where people are treated fairly and have equitable access to opportunities, development and progression. This includes recognising and addressing barriers that can affect individuals differently, whether related to race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, neurodivergence, age or background.

We recognise that inclusion is not only about representation, but about how people experience the day-to-day reality of work. That means being clear in how we communicate, considered in how we structure work, and mindful that individuals may approach tasks, collaboration and problem-solving in different ways. Where needed, we make reasonable adjustments to support individuals in working effectively, recognising that a consistent approach does not always mean an equal one.

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, harassment and exclusionary behaviour. Alongside this, we aim to create an environment where people feel able to speak up, challenge constructively and contribute their perspective without negative consequence.

Accountability for this sits across the organisation, particularly with leadership. We will continue to review, learn and improve how we support our people, embedding this into how we hire, develop and progress talent.

This is ongoing work. We will continue to listen, learn and adapt – not as a standalone initiative, but as part of how we operate and improve as a business.
