If you have cause for concern that we have not been able to address to your satisfaction informally at the working level, you can submit a formal complaint either via e-mailing your Logiq Sales Director or our dedicated complaints mailbox: complaints@logiq.co.uk Please include as much detail as possible, along with any relevant supporting information, to help us understand and resolve the issue efficiently.
What You Can Expect
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours of receipt.
- Clear communication throughout the process.
- Resolution efforts initiated promptly, with most complaints resolved within three working days.
- If a more detailed investigation is required, we will keep you informed of the progress and provide a timeline for resolution.
- Escalation procedures are in place for complex or sensitive matters. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request your complaint be escalated to a senior member of our management team for further review.
