DISX SECURE COLLABORATION
Managed secure collaboration platform for regulated environments

DISX Secure Collaboration is a managed, sovereign Microsoft 365 environment designed for organisations operating within regulated, policy-constrained or high-assurance environment.
It establishes and operates a clearly defined collaboration boundary, governing identity, device posture, access policy and configuration change to support stable and predictable programme delivery.
Delivered by security-cleared personnel within a sovereign cloud environment, DISX Secure Collaboration enables regulated teams to communicate, share information and manage documentation within a controlled, defensible operating model and at the Official-Sensitive classification.
At the centre of DISX Secure Collaboration is a governed working boundary. Access is restricted to authorised users. Devices must meet agreed security posture standards. Data sharing paths are controlled and auditable. Configuration change is managed and recorded. Monitoring and logging support evidential requirements.
The platform aligns with recognised defence and government security models, including CSMv4, and supports delivery contexts requiring structured operational control. It can operate alongside existing enterprise estates as a secure collaboration enclave or serve as the primary managed collaboration environment for regulated programme delivery.
DISX Secure Collaboration is delivered as a fully managed service. Onboarding, configuration control, monitoring, patch management and governance are delivered as part of a managed service model. Structured reporting and audit-ready logging support evidential requirements throughout the lifecycle of a programme.

Frequently Asked Questions
DISX Secure Collaboration is a cloud-based collaboration platform designed for organisations that handle sensitive data. It is fully compliant with Official-Sensitive requirements and integrates endpoint protection with advanced security controls.
The service is also designed to support the technical and operational controls commonly examined under government and defence assurance frameworks, including Secure by Design principles and the Cyber Security Model (CSMv4).
While responsibility for assurance always remains with the organisation, DISX Secure Collaboration provides a stable, evidence-friendly environment that helps teams demonstrate how sensitive work is accessed, handled and controlled in practice.
DISX Secure Collaboration is designed for organisations that need to share, manage and protect sensitive information across complex stakeholder environments. This includes organisations that operate within the UK defence supply chain, support MOD or government programmes, handle sensitive project or operational information, or need a managed secure environment without the cost and complexity of building one internally.
While defence is a primary use case, DISX Secure Collaboration is equally applicable to other highly regulated sectors where secure collaboration, assurance and control are essential. This includes central government, critical national infrastructure, regulated industry and organisations working with sensitive programme, supplier or operational data.
DISX Secure Collaboration is not a general-purpose collaboration tool, nor a consumer SaaS platform with security added on. It is designed specifically for regulated environments where assurance, control and operational clarity matter.
DISX Secure Collaboration does not remove an organisation’s responsibility for governance, policy or assurance activities. Those responsibilities always remain with the organisation.
Unlike standard collaboration tools, DISX Secure Collaboration is built with security at its core and is intended for environments where information-handling expectations are clearly defined and subject to formal scrutiny. It offers end-to-end protection, advanced access controls, and is certified for Official-Sensitive data, ensuring it meets strict compliance and risk management standards.
DISX Secure Collaboration can be deployed in different ways depending on organisational need.
It can operate alongside existing IT systems, providing a dedicated secure workspace for regulated activity, or it can be deployed as a primary managed platform supporting day-to-day work across an organisation.
In both cases, the objective is the same: a predictable, well-controlled environment that supports secure delivery without unnecessary operational burden.
Our team will work with you to assess your needs, onboard your users, and configure the platform to align with your organisation’s security policies. Please fill out the form above to speak with one of our experts.
While DISX Secure Collaboration is designed in line with Cyber Essentials technical requirements in order to help organisations meet key baseline controls, certification itself is not included and must be achieved and maintained separately.
