About DISX

DISX is a secure collaboration environment designed for organisations working in regulated and security-conscious environments. It combines Microsoft 365 collaboration with managed security controls, protected endpoints and a governed operating model to support secure day-to-day working.

DISX is typically used by organisations operating across defence, government, critical infrastructure and regulated supply chains where sensitive information needs to be shared securely across organisational boundaries.

DISX is designed around controlled collaboration rather than open commercial productivity. The platform combines collaboration tooling with endpoint protection, access controls, monitoring, policy enforcement and managed support to reduce operational and security risk.

DISX supports secure handling and collaboration for information up to OFFICIAL-SENSITIVE, subject to the relevant operating model, configuration and customer requirements.

Access and Devices

Depending on the DISX service configuration, users may be able to access the environment using approved customer-provided devices. Requirements vary depending on the security model and use case.

A DISX Cloud PC provides browser-based virtual access to the DISX environment from an approved endpoint, reducing the need for a separate physical secure device in some scenarios.

No. Each Cloud PC is provisioned for an individual user.

USB usage depends on the DISX service and applicable security controls. In some environments, removable media is restricted or managed through approved secure devices only.

Collaboration and Data Sharing

Yes, subject to security controls, classification handling rules and approved destinations. DISX applies policy controls to help prevent sensitive information being shared with unauthorised systems.

Integration requirements are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure compatibility, operational suitability and secure implementation.

Additional applications may be supported within DISX Pro following technical, operational and security assessment.

Licensing and Support

Yes. Additional users and services can normally be added during the contract term.

No. Microsoft Project and Visio are available as additional licence options where required.

No. Certification is separate from the DISX service itself. However, Logiq can provide Cyber Essentials support and certification services independently where required.
