Logiq Acquires Savient

Logiq has acquired Savient in April 2026, a software consultancy specialising in the design, engineering and delivery of enterprise systems.

Savient brings deep capability in software development, data-driven systems and user-focused application design. Combined with Logiq’s expertise in security assurance, system delivery and secure managed services, this strengthens our ability to support complex programmes end-to-end — from design through to operation.

Who Savient is

Savient is a UK-based technology consultancy focused on solving business problems through software. Their work centres on designing and building enterprise-scale systems, integrating complex data flows and applications, and developing user-focused tools that support operational decision-making. They have experience working with organisations at the forefront of technology, science and engineering, including defence-aligned clients and high-assurance environments, with a track record of delivering under the level of scrutiny that complex regulated programmes demand.

In practical terms, Savient’s strength lies in building systems that work in the real world — particularly where data, usability and performance need to function together, not in isolation.

What this means in practice

This acquisition strengthens and extends Logiq’s existing delivery capability, alongside its established assurance-led approach.

Logiq works across both assurance and delivery in regulated environments — defining what secure and compliant looks like, and supporting its implementation in practice, translating risk, policy and control frameworks into something that stands up to independent scrutiny.

Savient brings additional depth in software engineering, data integration and application development — strengthening how those systems are designed and delivered in practice.

Together, this closes a gap that exists in complex programmes, where assurance and delivery are handled separately and only brought together late. It means we can support programmes from early design through to operational delivery, reduce the disconnects between what is specified, what is built and what is assessed, and deliver systems where security, usability and data are considered together from the outset.

Where capabilities align

There is natural overlap between Logiq and Savient in system delivery and work in regulated environments. That overlap is not duplication — it reflects a shared focus on programmes where systems are complex and tightly coupled, requirements evolve, and outcomes need to stand up to external scrutiny.

The distinction is one of emphasis. Savient’s expertise lies in software engineering, data integration and building operational systems. Logiq’s strength lies in security assurance, risk management and aligning delivery to regulatory expectations. Together, this creates a more complete delivery model — where systems are not only compliant on paper, but usable, effective and defensible in practice.

What doesn’t change

For existing clients, there is no immediate change to how we work. Engagements, delivery teams and points of contact remain the same. What changes is the capability available behind those teams — with access to deeper engineering, data and delivery expertise where it’s needed.

What happens next

Our focus is on integrating capability in a way that is practical and measured. That means bringing engineering and assurance disciplines closer together where it improves outcomes, aligning how we deliver across both organisations, and maintaining continuity for existing programmes.

Integration will be driven by delivery needs, not organisational structure.
