About Logiq
NCSC assured Logiq, was founded in 2018 by four cyber security specialists—Rich Forder, James Walker, Rob Guegan, and James Morgan—who had already spent a decade working together on high-profile government security projects. Their journey began in 2008 on a major government programme, followed by further collaborations, including Ministry of Defence projects. These shared experiences shaped a vision for a consultancy that would combine technical excellence with a strong, people-first culture.

As our team expanded to over 100 people, it became clear that we needed stronger processes and a more structured approach to continue delivering the same high standards at scale. We took deliberate steps to professionalise our operations, ensuring that the quality and agility that defined our early years would remain at the core of our work.
