Bristol, UK – 16 July 2026 – Logiq has achieved Gold in the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), the highest level of recognition awarded to employers demonstrating exceptional and sustained support for the Armed Forces community.
The ERS Gold Award recognises organisations that go beyond the commitments of the Armed Forces Covenant by embedding meaningful support for the Armed Forces community, championing Defence and creating workplaces where veterans, Reservists and military families can thrive.
For Logiq, the award reflects values that have shaped the business since its formation. Working alongside defence, government and other regulated organisations, the company understands the experience, professionalism and leadership that members of the Armed Forces community bring to complex, high-assurance environments.
Since signing the Armed Forces Covenant in September 2024, Logiq has progressed through every stage of the Employer Recognition Scheme by introducing enhanced support for Reservists and creating opportunities for veterans to transition into careers within cyber security and consultancy, Logiq has continued to broaden its contribution beyond the workplace.
Over the past year alone, the company donated more than £1,200 of urgently needed first aid equipment to the Bristol and Channel Islands Army Cadet Force, helping to support the delivery of first aid training. That partnership has since expanded to include career guidance, CV workshops and insight days for cadets interested in careers across defence and cyber security.
Logiq has also introduced a guaranteed interview scheme for veterans who meet the essential criteria for a role, recognising the leadership, accountability and operational experience that service leavers bring to civilian organisations.
More widely, colleagues are encouraged to support Armed Forces community initiatives throughout the year, including fundraising through the Great Tommy Sleepout to support homeless veterans and veteran mental health charities, and the company’s support for the 2026 Festival of Sport in aid of the UK Armed Forces Para-Snowsport Team.
These actions culminating in the award of Gold less than two years later, with the achievement reflecting a sustained commitment to supporting veterans, Reservists, military families and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers.
Peter Greenwood, Chief Operating Officer at Logiq, said: “We are incredibly proud to have achieved ERS Gold. Reaching this milestone in under two years reflects the commitment our people have made to supporting the Armed Forces community and creating an environment where veterans, Reservists and military families are valued and supported
The qualities developed through military service—integrity, resilience, leadership and teamwork—align closely with our own values and continue to strengthen both our business and the services we deliver to clients. While achieving Gold is an important milestone, it is by no means the end of the journey.”
Logiq is one of 162 organisations across the UK to receive ERS Gold status in 2026, recognising employers that have demonstrated exceptional and sustained support for the Armed Forces community.
As Logiq continues to grow across defence, government and critical national infrastructure, the company remains committed to building on this achievement, supporting those who serve, have served and the families who support them, while encouraging others across industry to do the same.
Logiq would like to acknowledge and thank Emily Kadoch, Defence Relationship Manager, and the wider Wessex RFCA team for their guidance and support throughout the Employer Recognition Scheme journey. Their expertise has been instrumental in helping the company navigate each stage of the process. Logiq looks forward to continuing its relationship with Emily and the Wessex RFCA team in support of the Armed Forces community.
