Logiq achieves Great Place To Work® Certification™ for 2026–2027

Great Place to Work Certified

Bristol, UK – 17 September 2026Logiq has achieved Great Place To Work® Certification™ for 2026–2027, recognising the experience of its people and the culture the company has built as it continues to grow.

Great Place To Work® is a global authority on workplace culture and employee experience. Its Certification programme is based on confidential employee feedback, assessing how consistently people experience a positive and high-trust workplace.

This year, 95% of Logiq employees said that Logiq is a great place to work.

Great Place To Work Certification

Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,” says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasises that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Logiq stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees.

James Morgan, CEO at Logiq, said: “Logiq has grown significantly over the past few years, but we have always prioritised the importance of maintaining our exceptional culture. This has enabled success across a complex and varied delivery portfolio and continually attracts the brightest talent to help secure the nation. Recognition of this, and the efforts continually applied right across the organisation, is particularly meaningful because it comes directly from our colleagues.

“We aspire for Logiq to be somewhere people can collaborate on challenging work with pride, supported by an outstanding team and always have the opportunity to further themselves and reach their full potential. Achieving the Great Place To Work Certification is a strong reflection of building an exceptional team at Logiq.”

Michelle King, Head of People at Logiq, added: “A positive workplace culture is shaped by people’s everyday experience of working here, which is why the employee feedback behind this certification matters so much. We’ve worked hard to create an environment where people feel listened to, supported and able to develop their careers. The feedback also gives us a valuable benchmark for where we can continue to improve, and that will remain just as important as celebrating the certification itself.

The certification comes during a period of continued growth for Logiq. The company now employs around 235 people and continues to expand its capabilities supporting organisations across Defence, government and other highly regulated sectors.

As the business grows, Logiq remains focused on retaining the collaborative culture and sense of community that have been central to the company since it was founded in 2018.
