This week, colleagues from across Logiq gathered at the Bristol Harbour Hotel for our annual Summer Offsite.
The event brought together more than 200 members of the team, including our newly onboarded Savient colleagues, for an afternoon of business updates, shared successes and a look ahead as the business continues to grow.
Opening the session, CEO James Morgan reflected on the early days of Logiq, recalling that the company’s first team event took place when the business consisted of just four people. Looking around a room of more than 200 colleagues provided a powerful reminder of how far the organisation has come in a relatively short space of time.
Alongside updates from across the business, the afternoon also featured a virtual guest session from best-selling author Jim Ferrell. His engaging presentation explored leadership, performance and collaboration, covering topics including relational impact, organisational connectivity and the importance of understanding different perspectives. The session even included an impromptu game of noughts and crosses in the name of education.
Events such as these provide an opportunity to step away from day-to-day delivery, reconnect with colleagues and celebrate the achievements of teams across the business.
